Submitting property improvements to the ACC other than new home construction, is a very simple process with no cost associated. Just fill out the online form as shown below.
Upload any documents related to the improvement along with your request. (Some examples are below)
– Short form application PDF ( click to download )
– Site map with distance from boundaries
– Pictures or sketch of exterior improvement
To get to the page where you can submit your ARC Request, log in to the PAMCO portal, click on My Items, then click on ARC Request. Here is a link to the PAMCO portal: https://portal.pamcotx.com/
